RIVETING UNITS
BalTec riveting units are apt for integration into machines, automated production lines, rotary indexing tables, or transfer installations.
RIVETING MACHINES
Thanks to flexible and modular designs, you will find the perfectly designed machine for your specific application - for riveting, joining, and forming!
WORK CELLS
Standard or customer-specific work cells for maximum performance and safety. Coordinate riveting machines with round table or belt transfer increase production efficiency.
CONTROL & MONITORING
Precision in the manufacturing process and time-saving production are both possible with monitoring and control devices.
Technology
The core competence of the BalTec Group is in designing and manufacturing machines for joining technologies, especially for radial riveting, orbital riveting, or roller forming. Our products are used wherever high-quality connections and joints are required.
Electric
Servo riveting with our new ELECTRIC generation is characterized by the fastest process times and energy-saving procedures.
Pneumatic
Riveting machines with a pneumatic pressure build-up for the riveting process work with lower pressure than hydraulic and thus suitable for small and medium-sized devices.
Hydraulic
The force generation of hydraulic riveting machines is higher than for a pneumatic riveting machine and suitable for larger parts or more rigid materials.

Forming Processes
In connection technology, there are different approaches to joining solutions for a wide variety of applications of which some need to be controlled or monitored. The comparison of joining procedures is one of the first possible steps when it comes to defining the most appropriate procedure.
RADIAL RIVETING
Describing a rosette-shaped motion molding in three different directions, it is known as one of the most gentle riveting process. For little forces.
ORBITAL RIVETING
The orbital riveting technology is different in its forming pattern compared to radial. In orbital riveting, the forming tool describes a circular movement. It is suitable for hollow parts with larger diameters.
ROLLER FORMING
Two or more rollers are part of a roller forming head. This is a gentle process, suitable for hollow parts, which accommodates a great range in part diameter and is and ideal for forming delicate, thin wall components.
PRESS FORMING
Pressing describes a simple vertical movement with high force by a static forming tool with no motion. Typically, a fast process with limitations concerning forming applications with demanding materials or critical tolerances.
Services
Customer satisfaction and reliability are at the top of our list and ultimately stand for sustained professional support far beyond the selling process.
