In the current situation due to the COVID-19 lockdown in Shanghai, we wish to inform you as follows about operation of BalTec Machinery Shanghai:
- While obeying preventative guidelines during lockdown, we continue administrative operation in normal capacity.
- Shipping of equipment at present is challenging and we do everything possible from our side to get the products to our customers. Therefore, our supply chain for the delivery of spare parts, support, repair request and other services demanding mobility is operated from Switzerland, e.g. the parts will be dispatched to the customer directly.
- This will remain until further notice.
