BalTec is specialized in development and manufacturing of exceptional tools with different profile shapes and sizes.
The profile variety ranges from roll-in, draw-in, high-crown, eyelet-flare to ring-stake, simple flat shapes to mention a few. The development of these profiles are of course offered for all different kinds of material.
All BalTec forming tools and other spare parts such as pressure cups or form tool holders are manufactured in-house. Common parts such as bearing and seal kits, pneumatic control components, electric motors and critical spindle components are available from stock.
