WHY
As a safety-relevant component, the connection of the seat belt buckle with the holder is critical and must not have any quality defects.
HOW
Radial riveting enables the rivet to be formed efficiently and reliably. Due to the process control with HPP-25, consistently high quality can be ensured and is traceable. The immediate detection when failing requirements are recognized and documented.
