Pulley Systems

WHAT
Our customer had to replace a former machine and was looking for a replacement. This machine would have to perform a riveted joint on a variety of roller assemblies as used on boats and yachts. Of course, with nicely formed rivets without bending and free running roller.

WHY
The objective was to improve the quality of the formed rivet and to improve the repeatability.

Due to budget constants, we selected an SN270 machine to give them flexibility as some rivets do go up to 8mm stainless.
We added a pressure regulator after the spindle valve to be able to reduce the pressure required to form the longer rivets.
