Product and user training
▪ Training in case of a first time installation is mandatory. Training can take place at BalTec or at customer site.
▪ 1 day training through BalTec technician is included in the machine price for machine integrator. In the case of training at customer site, machine integrator is responsible for travel time cost, travel cost & living accommodations. Offered costs will be based on customer location.
▪ Machine builder is responsible for cost for additional days of training
▪ 1 day training through BalTec technician is included in the machine price for end user. In case of training at customer site, the end user is responsible travel time cost, travel cost & living accommodations. Offered costs will be based on customer location.
▪ In case there is no machine integrator involved, two days of training are included for end user.
▪ In case training does not take place, tele support (Support via telephone TeamViewer, TEAMS, etc) will not be available.
