CNC with ELECTRIC RX
With the introduction of its latest CNC machine, BalTec presents a ground-breaking solution for riveting and cold forming technology. The new generation of the ELECTRIC RX series is fully servo-driven and masters a wide range of cold forming processes with maximum precision and efficiency and a force range between 0.1 and 15 KN.
The machine with a coordinate and rotary indexing table offers highest flexibility within the respective joining process.
An automatic ejection mechanism can be integrated on request, which reliably separates good parts (OK) from bad parts (NiO) and thus embeds quality assurance directly into the production process. There is also the option of integrating a camera in the work cell.
A special highlight exclusively for radial applications
The machine is equipped with a tool changer that can accommodate up to four different tools. This offers an enormous variety in tool selection and design of radial riveted joints, as four different forming steps can be realized in a single cycle - a real efficiency gain for complex production processes.
