Effective October 1, 2026, Alper Söken (as General Manager) and Maurizio di Domenico (as Deputy General Manager) will assume executive management responsibilities for BalTec AG (Pfäffikon, Switzerland) in addition to their current roles.

Both have become thoroughly familiar with the specific challenges and unique characteristics of our company since joining BalTec and have actively contributed to its development. With their many years of complementary experience, extensive expertise, and strong commitment to the company, Alper Söken and Maurizio di Domenico will continue the successful development of BalTec AG and provide new momentum for the future.

The new management team stands for continuity, innovation, and close collaboration with customers, partners, and employees. Together, they aim to sustain the company’s successful trajectory and unlock new growth opportunities.

In their roles as members of the Board of Directors, they will continue to actively support the strategic direction of the Swiss subsidiary and contribute their experience and expertise.
