BalTec Expands Its Portfolio to Become a Full-Service Provider
BalTec is launching a new, comprehensive product line of orbital riveting machines and units. The new range covers a force spectrum from 1.5 kN to 35 kN, offering extended solutions for a wide variety of industrial manufacturing applications.
Like all BalTec machines, the new TN/E line impresses with its smart design and the use of in-house process control. Thanks to its modular construction, the machines and units can be flexibly integrated into existing systems and expanded with a wide range of accessories – from hold-down devices and custom enclosures to automatic sliding tables.
The TNE radial riveting unit is available without a BalTec riveting head; with an additional adapter, this version is compatible with riveting heads from other manufacturers.

Orbital riveting is particularly well-suited for high-speed production lines where short cycle times and lower forming forces are essential – such as in the hardware industry, automotive manufacturing, or consumer goods production. Compared to conventional pressing methods, it not only reduces mechanical stress but also significantly lowers noise emissions – making it a quieter and more energy-efficient alternative.
Thanks to short cycle times, orbital riveting technology enables cost-effective production of large quantities – an advantage that has both economic and ecological benefits.

These orbital cold forming table top riveting Units are apt for stand alone working spaces. One noteworthy innovation is that if used with a special adapter, some units are compatible with rivet heads from third-party manufacturers.
