The NHE recognizes the rivet projection (U), serves as a hold-down device and helps to reliably recognize components before forming with tolerance errors or missing components. As result of the HPP-25 monitoring capability, inspection of components pre or post forming can be eliminated. Additional inspection Stations can be eliminated and production cost can be reduced.
Additional NHE functions, which can be implemented quickly and safely with the Process Control HPP-25:
▪ Integrated Mycom Switch
▪ Constant Primary riveting mode H with HPP-25
▪ Integrated, own measuring system
▪ Exact rivet head height, H 'produce at different component heights, independent of machine bending
▪ NHE-U with HPP-25 and auto-compensation allows a formed head height, relative to the rivet protrusion. Smaller protrusion = less forming, greater protrusion = more forming. Amount of compensation can be determined
▪ Rush / working control depending on the rivet basis, which provides higher productivity
▪ Touch member acting as a hold-down device on the workpiece base:
▪ NHE-Std: up to 10-40N hold-down force. Adaptable to RNE 151-431
▪ NHE-Big: up to 20-300N holding force. Adaptable only to RNE 281-481
